The iFHPExecutive Development Programme (EDP) aims to give our CEO's an opportunity to broaden the horizons of individuals with identified top management potential. This will be achieved by exploiting the wide diversity of our membership to organise a series of study visits aimed at providing

• exposure to the commercial and political realities in overseas markets
• an opportunity to work with fellow future industry leaders from around the world

The first programme in which participants visited member plans in five countries on three Continents was launched in 2003. Recent programmes have featured study visits to leading health plans in Sydney, Melbourne, New York, Boston, Brussels, London and Madrid.
